Leadership
Kathleen Ferket is a dynamic nursing/healthcare executive with progressive leadership experience in clinical integration to support value based care, operations to enhance throughput, care management to support seamless transitions, effective team building to deliver results and exceed outcomes. She has formed strong relationships across care settings, including acute care hospitals, payers, post-acute and community partners. Kathleen is a Registered Leadership Coach who enjoys mentoring and developing new leaders. As a certified Advanced Practice Nurse her expertise in both ambulatory and acute care has enhanced her skills and understanding of patient centered medical home (PCMH), population health and working to achieve integrated, seamless care which crosses the continuum. Kathleen has presented locally and nationally and published in peer reviewed journals.
